Pets are welcome only in certain rooms and on a case by case basis. There is a $30 pet fee per day. Please call in advance. Supervised Children are welcome. We do not overbook. No shows will be charged full price.
Certain Special Event weekends like Texas Tech University home games and Texas Tech University Graduations require a two day minimum. We charge $15 for any additional people over two to a room. Not all rooms can hold more than two people.
Breakfast is served Monday thru Friday mornings between 7-8:30 AM. Saturday and Sunday mornings between 8:30-10 AM. We serve a full country breakfast. When we serve in the dining room, it is set up buffet style. If we have just a few guests we will serve in the kitchen around the breakfast bar.
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel up to two weeks before reservation with just a $30 cancellation fee. If you cancel with less than two weeks notice you pay for the reservation in full. All reservations require a $30 non refundable deposit. This deposit goes towards your room when you stay.
